    What is MadLife?

    MadLife Stage & Studios offers 3 different experiences.  MadLife Grill, our restaurant on Main Street serves a full menu of in-house crafted specialties. We also have a casual patio, featuring music on our “patio stage” (weather permitting).  Finally, MadLife Stage, our concert quality music venue, accommodates up to 230 music-loving patrons for performances by artists crossing many genres. Tickets for our events can be purchased through www.madlifestageandstudios.ticketfly.com or in our box office on site. MadLife also offers professional recording studios which include 2 large tracking rooms and a post-production mixing room.

    Where do I park?

    MadLife offers valet parking Thursday-Saturday. In addition there is plentiful public parking in Downtown Woodstock near MadLife.  We recommend Market Street and the public roads around Walton West Apartments.

    How do I guarantee a seat for a show in your venue?

    In order to have a reserved seat for a show, patrons should purchase a Main Floor Reserved Table which accommodates 4 patrons or a Main Floor ½ Reserved Table which accommodates 2 patrons. For many shows we also offer Balcony VIP Reserved Tables, which also accommodate up to 4 guests.

    How do I purchase a gift card?

    You can purchase a gift card on site at MadLife ($20 minimum). The gift card can be used for food, drinks, tickets, and studio time. To redeem the gift card toward tickets, you will need to bring the gift card to our box office or call the box office at (678) 384-2363, Ext. 1. Please note that our box office is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

    Can I take pictures at the shows?

    We allow pictures at our shows, but most artists do not allow flash photography, audio or video recording.

    When is the earliest date I can purchase tickets for a show?

    Tickets for all shows can be purchased at http://madlifestageandstudios.ticketfly.com/ or in-person at MadLife’s Box Office.  Tickets can also be purchased over the phone by calling (678) 384-2363, Ext. 1. The calendar is updated regularly so keep an eye out and you can also follow us on Facebook for day-to-day updates.

    Refunds?

    We do not offer refunds unless a show is canceled or rescheduled. As noted in Ticketfly’s terms and conditions, which ticket purchasers must agree to before each transaction is processed, all sales are final. If there has been a significant change to the event such as a time change or date change, we will send an email announcement to all ticket holders with the details. Please check your email for this event announcement before contacting MadLife. If an event has been changed and the announcement includes a deadline for refund requests, we cannot refund orders submitted after that deadline. We cannot offer refunds due to patron scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues.

    If I eat in the restaurant or made reservations through OpenTable, does that guarantee me a seat for the show?

    Restaurant reservations and/or patronage does not include a seat for the show. You will need to purchase a ticket to receive entry to our shows in MadLife’s venue. You can purchase tickets through www.madlifestageandstudios.ticketfly.com or at our box office on site.

    Can I order food/drinks in the music venue?

    MadLife Stage offers 2 bars (one on the main floor and one on our VIP balcony). We also offer small plates, sandwiches, and salads off of our Venue Menu. If you are looking for a larger menu, MadLife Grill offers our full menu of in-house crafted specialties.  Many patrons make reservations at our Grill for dinner before attending their show. Reservations can be made by calling MadLife at (678) 384-2363 or through http://madlifestageandstudios.com/reservation/

    I purchased a reserved table, what time do I need to arrive in order to have a table?

    Reserved Table tickets provide ticket holders the ability to select any available main-floor table upon their arrival at MadLife. If you don’t select your table 30 minutes before doors open, we will assign one for you! Your table will be waiting for you when doors open.

    I purchased a reserved table so when I arrive for the event, how do I find my table?

    When arriving for the event, present your tickets to security and they will check you in. From here they will escort you to your reserved table.

    Can I add a 5th person to my reserved table in the venue?

    Reserved tables are sold as a 4-ticket purchase. If you would like to add another guest to your table, you are able to purchase an additional Main Floor ½ Reserved Table.

    How would you accomodate 6 people at a table?

    In order to accomodate 6 people for a party, the best option would be to purchase a Main Floor Reserved Table (seats 4 people) and a Main Floor ½ Reserved Table (seats 2 people).

    What ticket types am I able to purchase?

    Standing Room / Main Floor: No matter where you hang in MadLife, you’ll enjoy a great view of our stage as well as sonic nirvana – even if you are standing! **Please note, holders of Standing Room / Main Floor tickets have not purchased a seat and are not guaranteed a seat. This means that for sold out shows, holders of these tickets will likely be standing. If you want to assure the exclusivity and comfort of a reserved table at MadLife during a show that is likely to sell out, we recommend purchasing a Reserved Main Floor or Balcony Reserved Table.

    Balcony Reserved Table: Balcony Reserved tables float 10’ above MadLife’s main floor, riding the rail of our ultra-exclusive private balcony, which is just 33’ from our wicked stage. Oh my gosh, there’s even a private balcony bar, serving the finest bottles and drafts, specifically for our Balcony Reserved guests.  If you like to take it all in and don’t mind a bit of special treatment, there is no better seat in our house!  Balcony Reserved ticket holders can select any available balcony high-top table the night of the show.  When you arrive at MadLife, simply check-in at our box office to put your mark on your Balcony Reserved table.

    Main Floor Reserved Table: Sometimes, a bit of exclusivity is just right! Reserved Table tickets provide ticket holders the ability to select any available main-floor table upon their arrival at MadLife. If you don’t select your table 30 minutes before doors open, we will assign one for you! Your table will be waiting for you when doors open. Please note, Reserved Table tickets must be purchased in groups of 4, as there are 4 seats per table. Cool things happen in groups of 4… like four beats per bar… a little band called the Beatles… you and your 3 best friends…

    Main Floor ½ Reserved Table: This is a shared table and is a 2 ticket purchase. It guarantees you and your guest seats at one of MadLife’s Reserved Main Floor Tables. Please note, ½ Reserved Table tickets must be purchased in groups of 2.

    I purchased more than 1 reserved table, will they be next to each other?

    Tables purchased under the same name will be placed together.

    I know people who have also purchased reserved tables, how do I guarantee that we are next to each other?

    Email our box office manager at tlaney@madlifegroup.com or call MadLife’s Box Office at (678) 384-2363, Ext. 1 and provide the last names or order numbers of everyone who would like to be seated next to each other.

    Can I reserve a bar stool?

    Bar stools are not reserved but are considered Main Floor seating which means they are first-come, first-served. The only way to reserve a seat is to purchase a Reserved Table, which seats up to 4 patrons or to purchase a Main Floor ½ Reserved Table which seats 2 patrons.

    Do I need to purchase tickets if there is music on the patio?

    No, all of our patio performances are free!  We showcase dozens of talented local artists on our patio stage.

    Can I purchase MadLife apparel?

    Yes! You can buy MadLife swag at our box office.

    Is accessible seating available?

    Yes, In advance of the show, email our box office manager tlaney@madlifegroup.com and he will assist you with accessible seating.

    What is your under age policy?

    Most shows at MadLife are listed 18 and older with late shows listed as 21 and over, however some afternoon events are all ages.  You can find a full list of our events with age descriptions by clicking the following link http://madlifestageandstudios.ticketfly.com/

    Does the venue allow smoking or vaping?

    We offer designated smoking areas outside of our building, but do not allow smoking or vaping inside.

    I purchased tickets but part of my party will be there before I arrive, what do I do?

    Have someone in your party email or text you the ticket that you will be using in order to gain entry to the event.

    Are outside food and beverage allowed?

    We are sorry to advise, but the Alcohol Beverage Code does not allow any person to bring alcoholic beverages into a licensed establishment. Therefore, all alcohol consumed on these premises must be purchased from MadLife.  We have an extensive selection of beer, wine and liquors to complement our menu and the music.
