Only buy tickets from MadLife or Eventbrite
Only purchase tickets directly from MadLife (website or box office) or via Eventbrite. By doing so, you will assure:
- ✓Your tickets are legitimate and will be honored when you arrive at MadLife
- ✓The ticket type you purchased is exactly what you will receive
- ✓Your tickets are purchased at face value plus tax and approved Eventbrite fees
- ✓Customer service questions can be answered and support can be provided directly by MadLife
When you purchase via any reseller
- ✕Reseller tickets are often significantly overpriced
- ✕Tickets may be fraudulent and cannot be honored by MadLife
- ✕Ticket types may be misrepresented (e.g., standing room sold as seated)
- ✕MadLife cannot provide support for third-party transactions
Ticket resellers design websites to fool customers into thinking they are purchasing directly from the venue. Tickets from MadLife or Eventbrite do not include row or seat numbers — if you see those, they are likely fraudulent. If a show is no longer listed on MadLife or Eventbrite, it is sold out. MadLife's only authorized ticketing partner is Eventbrite.
